10 percent rise in the number of visitors to Plast Eurasia

Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2017, organized by TUYAP in association with PAGEV, joined 1,087 companies and company representatives from 43 countries and 53,919 professionals from 101 countries together at Tuyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul between 6 – 9 December 2017. Compared to the previous year, the number of domestic visitors vising this year’s trade fair reached 47,096 with 10% rise and the number of foreign visitors 6,823 with 35% percent rise.

An organization was held for procurement committees from 31 countries at Plast Eurasia Istanbul expanding its marketing network to offer new markets to the industry. While the committees from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Algeria, Morocco, Georgia, India, Iraq, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Lebanon, Macedonia, Egypt, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Ukraine, Oman, Jordan and Greece had bilateral negotiations, China, India and Taiwan participated in the trade fair at a national level.

Contributing to the development of the Turkish plastics industry, Plast Eurasia Istanbul will be held from 5 to 8 December 2018.
