ÜNLÜ & Co advised Polinas Plastik’s acquisition of Propak Ambalaj
Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.’s subsidiary Polinas Plastik Sanayii ve Ticareti A.Ş., signed a definitive purchase agreement for the acquisition of Propak Ambalaj Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş at an equity valuation of Euro 47 mn.
Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.’s subsidiary Polinas Plastik Sanayii ve Ticareti A.Ş., has signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Propak Ambalaj Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. at an equity valuation of Euro 47 mn. Upon completion, Polinas will own 90% of Propak Ambalaj.
Propak Ambalaj is one of the leading Turkish producer of flexible packaging. ÜNLÜ & Co successfully advised Gözde Girişim and Polinas on this transaction.

The recent transactions ÜNLÜ & Co has successfully completed include; sale of 51% share of Ibrakom to CJ Logistics of South Korea, Akfen Holding’s sale of 40% stake in Mersin International Port for an amount of USD 869 million, sell-side advisory to Korozo Ambalaj and its shareholders in their partnership with Actera Group and the sell-side advisory to the shareholders of Asset Medikal in their sales of majority shareholding to Pera Capital.
