Introducing the international pre-eminent names of the plastics industry to manufacturers, Turkish Plastics Industrialist’ Association (PAGDER) entertained Prof. Dr. Andy Routsis, the consultant of the world’s giants, in Turkey.

At Seminar on Excellence in Plastic Injection Processing, recent developments in the field of injection were conveyed to almost 200 manufacturers. Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Reha Gür, the Chairman of PAGDER, stressed the importance of switch-over to technology intensive products and said: “We even fell behind of China in manufacturing value added products. While China imports products at 3.37 dollars per kg, this figure is around 2.65 dollars in our country. We cannot tolerate any waste of time for investing in R&D and innovative products.”
