IMS Polymers became R&D center
IMS Polymers, which develops and produces functional engineering plastics for many sectors including electrical-electronics, household appliances, automotive, energy, health, construction, has been approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology 22 months after being established.
IMS Polymers, which made a huge R&D investment with its own resources in January of 2015 in order to develop university-industry cooperation, received the title of 641th R&D Center approved by Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology of Turkey. Our goal is to increase the value of the export to US $3 per kilogram, which is at the level of US $ 1.6 per kilogram, by developing high added value products; said Akın Işbilir, Vice General Manager.
